This is one of the best hunts you will ever do in your life, it is pure adrenaline pumping fun. Hunts for cats are almost always successful.
This type of hunt can be a little more physically demanding, however, we try to keep the distance as short as possible since we track and tree the cats with dogs. GPS tracking collars have also reduced the amount of distance hunters have to hike. Since we are able to pin point a tree'd location more accurately.
Licenses are purchase over the counter - $320
If for some reason you don't get your cat you have the option to stay on for $500/day until you do - based on availability.
Prices do not include License Fees, Processing or Taxidermy Costs.
Special Unit Hunts Require Hunters to Apply for a License by July31 - $320.
Pricing Includes; Meals, Lodging & Transportation to & from the Missoula, Montana airport. (On the evening of your last hunt day, we will take you to Missoula, so you may need to book a motel depending on your flight schedule - unless prior arrangements have been made.)
Special late season winter hunts, start as early as December 1st, and work on a quota system, with tags purchased over the counter. Depending on open units hunts may be provided out of a lodge or a motel to gain closer proximity to hunt area.
BOOKING DEPOSITS
A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking for current year is required. An additional 25% is required 90 days after booking. The balance for the hunt cost is due 30 days prior to the hunt. A 10% deposit for following year's bookings is required.
Deposits are non-refundable. In case of emergency/special circumstances, we will roll deposits for one year.
